FrontRowKidMin is a group of friends who met at the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM) Children’s Pastors Conference.

It began with Ken Baker sitting in the front row each year and making new friends as he went along. As the group got larger each year, we began to talk on a regular basis about all things leadership, children’s ministry, family, and our own personal walks with Christ.

We have found the time spent discussing topics in Children’s Ministry very helpful for us and decided we wanted to share those conversations with you!!
